🔍
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?+
Visit the LAUSD Single Sign-On portal at my.lausd.net and click "Forgot Password." You'll need your student ID number. If you're locked out completely, visit Room C121 with your student ID for an in-person reset.
My laptop won't connect to Wi-Fi+
First, forget the network and reconnect. If you're on campus, ensure the LAUSD Wi-Fi certificate is installed (Settings → Certificates). At home, check your router. If the issue persists, submit a ticket or visit Room C121.
My charger is missing — what do I do?+
Loaner chargers are available at the tech office in Room C121. Loaners are for the day only — you are responsible for returning it before school ends. Replacement chargers can be purchased through the main office.
Bluebook is not opening on my device+
Uninstall and reinstall Bluebook from collegeboard.org/bluebook. Make sure you're using a supported OS version. Disable any VPN apps. If it still won't open the morning of a test, go directly to Room C121 for a backup device.
LockDown Browser is not installed+
Download LockDown Browser from the LAUSD student software portal. Your teacher or testing coordinator will share the direct link. Install it at least 24 hours before your test. Contact the tech office if you have installation errors.
My device screen is cracked+
Bring your device to Room C121 as soon as possible. You'll need to complete a Device Damage Report form. A loaner device will be issued while yours is repaired. A restitution fee may apply depending on the circumstances of the damage.
How do I borrow a temporary device?+
Visit Room C121 with your student ID. Loaners are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must return the device at the end of the school day unless a longer loan is approved by the tech office.
My Google account needs parental consent+
A parent or guardian must complete the LAUSD Google Workspace Parental Consent form, available on the Parent Portal or from the main office. Once submitted, access is typically enabled within 1–2 school days.
